★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The VIP area is really good. The food is as good as you can expect in a movie theater and the service is great. I do suggest trying to get middle of the row seats because you can't control what the people next to you will be ordering during the movie and how often servers will be crossing your path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite place to watch movies, on the south side of ths city. Never had an issue with customer service. They are always clean. This time that I visited they had the anti covid security measures and was a little bit different that usual. For one, they take way longer to attend the clients trying to get popcorn and sodas. And now they have the ac off so I recommended not to go with heavy clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to many of the Cinepolis locations in the south, but the Perisur location is my favourite. There are a lot of showings throughout the day, with options in both Spanish and English (with subs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible VIP cinema. The sofas are very close to each other within the row and with the front and back rows as well. The waiters cannot even walk due to the narrow space and it is uncomfortable to have to move every time so someone can walk in the aisle. Service is slow, the tablets are not well sincronized with request of service. Food and drinks are good, same as any Cinepolis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pandemic hit them very hard, service is lacking and some of the rooms have many issues. If you want a better experience go late in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanliness is great!!! They do follow the sanitation protocolos and take care of the social distancing as much as they can. Same quality in the items as always. My suggestion would be to have enough staff manning the positions they are supposed to to improve the service and delivery of products and offerings.
During our visit (24 Sept 2021) there were 2 staff at the coffee/snack bar, out of which one had no idea how to operate the cashier and distracting the other one on attending to the costumers. This same person decided to leave and left her co-worker by himself which just made everything even slower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair prices, OK service. For VIP is faster to order once in the theater rather than in the app. Meats tend to be a little undercooked. They expect tips in cash and almost never ask you to tip when paying with a card, so either bring cash or be upfront with your intention to tip with the card. Moviegoers in this area (Pedregal=high income low class) tend to be pretentious douchebags so call them out on their horrible treatment towards waiters.
