Buen área de loby y sala de estar.
Pero pésimo servicio. Les falta demasiado en lo que es atención al cliente. Personal arrogante y sin ganas de trabajar.
Los meseros del área les apesta la boca y no tienen buen aspecto para éste rubro de cine de calidad.
Se les recomienda que tengan mayor supervisión en sus empleados ya que comen durante su servicio y aún en las salas con sus amigos o conocidos.
Pasan entre los muebles pateando los pies de los que ya estamos sentados.
VIP. Bad bad bad bad.
Good lobby area and living room.
But lousy service. They lack too much when it comes to customer service. Arrogant staff and unwilling to work.
The waiters in the area have stinky mouths and they don't look good for this category of quality cinema.
It is recommended that you have more supervision of your employees since they eat during their service and even in the rooms with their friends or acquaintances.
They pass between the furniture kicking the feet of those of us who are already seated.
