★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen cine, mal lugar, la única opción para comer en plaza portal es la comida china así que si van a ir vayan después de comer en otro lugar, Cinépolis como todas las sucursales dan buen servicio
 Good cinema, bad place, the only option to eat in Portal Square is Chinese food so if you are going to go go after eating somewhere else, Cinépolis like all the branches give good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un cine ubicado dentro de la plaza, se encuentra en la segunda planta y aunque no es muy grande, cuenta con distintas alas y funciones.
Hay venta de postres, combos y entrada, puedes entrar desde la aplicación y comprar en preventa los productos.
Me gusta que te ofrecen los servicios y hay personal capacitado, las salas por dentro son cómodas, tienen buen clima y puedes disfrutar cómodamente de la función.
Los combos si son un poco elevados de precio y pues generalmente se pueden encontrar un poco más económicos.
Me gusta que las salas son amplias y no hay gran afluencia entre semana, lo que facilita mantener los protocolos sanitarios.
Se pueden realizar pagos tanto en efectivo como con tarjeta de crédito y débito. Otra cosa que es muy buena es que en frappes y crepas a veces hay promociones que son increíbles.
A cinema located inside the square, is located on the second floor and although it is not very large, it has different wings and functions.

I like that they offer you the services and there are trained personnel, the rooms inside are comfortable, they have good weather and you can comfortably enjoy the function.
The combos are a bit high in price and therefore can generally be found a bit cheaper.
I like that the rooms are spacious and there is not a large influx during the week, which makes it easier to maintain sanitary protocols.
Payments can be made in cash as well as by credit and debit card. Another thing that is very good is that in frappes and crepes sometimes there are promotions that are incredible.

This Cinepolis complex is practically brand new. The furniture is in excellent condition. Service is good, although it can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un cine que no tiene mucho tiempo de haberse abierto, pero con instalaciones modernas y muy llamativas.
Este Cinépolis cuenta con muy pocas salas, y como puede llegar a ser un problema por la disponibilidad de asientos/boletos en horarios muy concurridos recomendaría ampliamente llegar por lo menos una hora antes de ver la película que deseas ver.
Me encantó la atención que hubo en el área de dulcería. A pesar de que era la aglomeración de personas en la fila era algo extensa, el personal atendió de manera rápida, eficiente y amable para que le espera para adquirir tus alimentos no fuera tan prolongada.
Lo que podría mejorar es que deberían tener más señalización respecto a la ubicación del cine en la plaza. Si es tu primera vez acudiendo a este lugar te puede resultar confuso encontrarlo.
A cinema that has not been open for long, but with modern and very striking facilities.
This Cinépolis has very few theaters, and since it can become a problem due to the availability of seats/tickets at very busy times, I would highly recommend arriving at least an hour before the movie you want to see.
I loved the attention that was given to the candy area. Despite the fact that the crowd of people in line was somewhat extensive, the staff attended quickly, efficiently and courteously so that the wait for your food was not so long.
What could be improved is that they should have more signage regarding the location of the cinema in the square. If it is your first time going to this place, it may be confusing to find it.

Es un Cinépolis de tamaño algo pequeño pero bastante eficiente.
Hay varios empleados atendiendo y de manera amable, casi siempre tienen buen surtido en la dulcería y sus salas de cine son bastante cómodas, como las de cualquier otro local.
Está justo al lado del Smart Fut al fondo de la plaza.
