★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience here except two things. First, the screen in VIP#5 has a stain on the right side a bit distracting while watching the movie. Second, They forgot the drink for the combo I ordered, so I had to get up and go get it myself after 30 minutes. Otherwise, typical theater. Friendly staff. Decent chicken tenders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiter only came after the movies started. Interrupted the entire movie, worked really slow and blocked the screen. The food and even the popcorn took an hour and a half get to us, and it came cold and gross. Dont pay for the VIP. You pay more for a lesser experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good facilities. Everything is very clean. Bathrooms, hallways, inside the theater. It is a place where you can feel very comfortable.
Now, I give them four stars, not only to this theater but all theatres in Mexico where there is VIP service. That VIP service is absurd. I don't like any interruption when watching a movie. I do not agree with people who want a servant inside the theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IMAX screening room is amazing, both the picture quality and the sound are mind blowing. The candy store service is extremely slow, expect to spend 20+ minutes in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Screen, price and general experience was great but the food was terrible. I'm sure the popcorn and sodas are fine, but several things on the menu were unavailable and everything we asked for either came out incorrectly, cold or not tasting very good.
The staff were kind, but ultimately couldn't fix the issues
