★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible cinema. In all the world, this is the worst. When it rains, you cannot here what is going on the noise on the roof is so bad. In 15 or so shows there only about 2 have not had some technical problem - sound going wrong (sometimes none for minutes), disturbance in the playback.
Cine terible, cuando hay llovia, no puedes escuchar. Casi siempre hay un problem con el sonido o el video. Muy mal - vayanse a Cinemax(?) opuesto en vez de aqui - no puede ser peor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a relative that is in a WC, they do have an elevator to provide access for handicap; but they take for ever to get it going and when they do it seems like they are doing me a huge favor.
Waiting lines for tickets or popcorn are excessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for the VIP experience and got the complete opposite. Arrived 45 mins before the start of the movie and waited the while time for food service, there were many members of staff around but everyone ignored us. Eventually served DURING the movie which was quiet frustrating. (I watched Mortal Kombat)
At the end of the movie (10pm) we left the theatre room to the whole cinema area being empty and all lights switched off, absolutely no staff around. Going to the bathroom in the pitch black after a 2hour movie was very difficult/embarrassing.
The woman who served the food is the only saving grace. The VIP experience in Mexico City was 5* this was barely 1*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to see black widow at VIP, and I was a little bit dissapointed because the lamps didnt turn on and the seats didnt have usb port, also some light bulbs at the lobby were out and it was very dark. All of this comparing with Portal D10's VIP
