★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides being the newest Cinépolis in the city I thin it's the smallest and can't handle the amount of people coming to it. 15 minutes queue to get your tickets and another 30 minutes queue to buy popcorn and stuff. And looks like the people coming from Mexico City has the bad habit of not respecting the number seats you get assigned when buying your tickets. If you are an international foreigner please don't come to this theater in specific, you will get a better service in Altaria, Aguascalientes (Fundición Ave.), Chedraui and Velaria Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service EVER. All of the workers act like they don’t want to be there and treat the guest with that attitude. I thought it was a one time thing but it’s like this every time.
The ONLY one who was amazing and attentive was ITZEL she made sure to follow through with all the problems that had happened during the screening.
