No había queso para los nachos y no tenían refrescos The place is small and that day it was overcrowded .. even if you buy the tickets online you have to line up for the popcorn in the same row of the tickets ... O	Omar Aoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoria de las veces que he ido sin problema aunque muchas veces solo hay una sola caja disponible muchas personas lo cual esta mal si no vas con buen tiempo pero tambien ultimamente he tenido muchas quejas específicamente ya van 3 ocasiones que encienden el proyector cuando la pelicula ya inicio y pierdes los primeros minutos eso es inaceptable ademas uno tambien quiere ver los trailers de las nuevas peliculas tambien en otra ocasion el lemte o el vidrio de l pryector se empañaba muy feo durante toda la pelicula y no se mirabq nada y nadie hace nada Most of the times I have gone without a problem, although many times there is only one box available, many people, which is bad if you do not go in good weather, but lately I have also had many complaints, specifically, there are already 3 occasions that they turn on the projector when the movie it's already started and you lose the first few minutes that's unacceptable also one also wants to see the trailers of the new movies also on another occasion the lemme or the glass of the projector fogged up very ugly throughout the movie and you don't look at anything and nobody does anything

R	RealAlda 47 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy mucho de ir al cine por qué me encanta pero hoy día sábado 9 de abril del 2022 tuve una muy mala experiencia por culpa de una señora q me faltó el respeto y me ofendió ya q yo me encontraba esperando a una amiga a un lado de la fila para comprar boletos y se acercó y me faltó al respeto y me ISO sentir mal y no disfrute de la película. Pero le doy 5 estrellas ya q no es culpa de Cinépolis I'm a big fan of going to the movies because I love it but today Saturday April 9, 2022 I had a very bad experience because of a lady who disrespected me and offended me since I was waiting for a friend next to the line to buy tickets and he approached me and disrespected me and made me feel bad and did not enjoy the movie. But I give it 5 stars since it is not the fault of Cinépolis
