Waiter service is terrible I got my order half way through the movie I was super thirsty, when I got my food it was cold and they gave me nothing but ketchup and mayonnaise for my hotdog. When I clicked the assistance button no one ever came, the only good thing is the AC and the movie I saw. Paying 3 times more for a regular ticket for that service is not worth it!

April 20, 2022 Went to watch Morbius at 10:20pm. How can I give zero stars? Worst service I’ve ever had, anywhere in the world. Worse than the movie, and that’s saying something. This review is on behalf of all 30+ people in the theatre. Not only did it take 20 minutes for someone to take my order, after waiting an additional hour, I had to go get my food myself. At least 10 other people did the same. It’s bad enough that when you go in this theatre, you can’t just order your food normally, but that it takes over an hour to get it. Nothing like cold, stale popcorn, and warm and watered down soda to go along with a terrible movie. Advice for anyone who works there, managers, corporate: if you’re going to charge more for better service, provide service. It’s not rocket science. Popcorn goes in boxes, soda in cups. That’s it. It shouldn’t take an hour. It’s not like there was 500 people there to attend to. There was only 1 movie playing and 30 customers. When I finally went down to pick up my own food, there was at least 10 staff members standing around doing nothing. I will NEVER go to this theatre again. Cinepolis needs to get their act together. VIP, yeah right. Cinemex, here I come.

Absolutely beautiful theater. The seats recline and have a eating table. They will take your food order at your theater seat and deliver it to you without you ever leaving your seat. Very cold air conditioner so you will be completely comfortable. They have all the new movie releases in english or spanish.

There is nothing like sitting in a lazy boy seat and adjusting it to your perfect position. Then ordering food and drinks and brought to your seat. Pull over your tray and enjoy. By the way, the movies and sound are fantastic!!!

Great theatre and seating. Great seats for eating. The only draw back is you could hear the movie next to you

Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff but the food is atrocious..... expensive , cold, and stale buns used for sliders. Some of the menu items were not available. Popcorn had so much salt we could not eat it. Air conditioning is set way too cold so bundle up.Of the four is us three were congested and sneezing continuously by the end of the movie so not sure what caused that. Go for the movie and comfort have beer or a drink but forget about the food.

Very thankful to have theater of this type serving up recently released movies in English with Spanish subtitles. Two tickets to 3:20pm show were only 238 pesos. Seats recline, they serve food and alcohol, and sound quality was pretty good. It’s a movie theater, so don’t expect gourmet. Staff only speaks Spanish, which is how it should be in Mexico. Great way to get out of the heat and catch a great movie at a fraction of what it costs in US. *Note: watch movie trailer to know which language film will be in, as they do show non-English films as well. Also, escalator was not running so you need to walk up the stairs. Not sure if there is any kind of elevator.

First time there, the theater was very clean, seat's very comfortable. However the food.. we ordered popcorn and you can tell it had been sitting there for some time. Also had the sliders with fries. The fries were cold, the meat was cold, the bun was stale. We notified the manager and it seemed as if she really didn't care. I'll go back to the theater again but I definitely won't order any food.
