sigh. don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this weekend was full of so much disappoint. i've seen several movies here and don't typically order food. i would advise you to *never* order food, and always eat somewhere else before/after. popcorn and pop are hard to screw up, but anything else off the menu? take a hard pass. i just saw the eternals last friday. my phone was bugging out, so i didn't order until most people had ordered and even received food - not sure what other movies schedules were, but thought my food might be fresher as a result. ordered the sliders/3 burgers. they felt like they took a 'long' time to come, i'll just arbitrarily say that, as i didn't time it. but once they arrived? so sad. the burger meat themselves is not the best quality, but i would have actually been fine with that if other things were ok; which they weren't. the curly fries were not even warm, they had clearly been sitting around for some time. the buns for the burgers were terrible - like stale old bread that should be tossed out instead of served. i was pretty hungry at this point. so i ate some of the fries, and ate the burgers while trying to minimize by bun intake, which was bad on all of them. come sunday, i went to see last night in soho. i went late and planned on eating after the movie based on the prior experience. but then i also figured hey, i can eat in here, kill 2 birds with 1 stone, and get home earlier. i'll give them another try - some other things look appetizing. big mistake. i tried ordering the boneless wings with the ginger beer. the listing says 250g, makes it look like a generous amount of chicken, and it comes with your hot sauce of choice and some bleu cheese dip. i tried to order with the mango habanero. unfortunately, i was informed the only beer they had was corona. also that the mango habanero wasn't available. ok, guess i'll just get a corona, and go with the buffalo sauce. buffalo sauce and bleu cheese is still pretty tasty. i asked if this was normal, and he said it actually was. i actually measure my food with a food scale a fair amount; i'm not sure if this was 250g worth of boneless wings. although this was the least of the problems with it. the boneless wings themselves were warm-ish; but also naked. they came with no sauce at all. also no bleu cheese dip at all. they did bring a few ketchup packets. i asked my server about this - and they said no bleu cheese dip, and also no buffalo sauce. i don't know who wants boneless wings with ketchup. they offered to bring something else like mayo. i just said whatever, it's fine, and ate them naked with my hands. also no napkins provided. i assume the servers and staff are making due with what management provides; unfortunately management appears to provide a double helping of failure in this case. they seem to have both inventory and quality control problems here. the theater and movie itself were fine to watch a movie in. if looking for food during your movie, there's multiple other nearby cinemex and cinepolis theaters. the plaza carso cinepolis is close, a cinemex is even closer. miyana mall itself has plenty of places to eat. my spanish isn't good enough to go complain about this, at a theater in the US i would have complained both times and asked for a refund or voucher or something. quite disappointing food experiences here.

So far the best VIP cinema in Polanco, I liked it better than the one in Plaza Carso, clean, great attention and you could feel the luxury in it

Bought two tickets Saturday for 11:30AM Maverick showing. Arrived Sunday 11:15AM, doors still closed, finally inside the cinema 11:36AM No staff, not polite, not going back. VIP ? Hahahaha!!!!

Food wasn't the best. Jalapeño poppers are tater tots nachos lack presentation chicken tenders are pretty good. Movie theaters are pretty good.

This is by far one of the best movie theaters I have ever been to! It's so nice, and for everything that you're getting, the price is great! Very fancy throughout the place, and inside the actual theater rooms, the seats are so comfortable, and the costumer service is just amazing! They brought us very tasty popcorn and super cold drinks. I definitely can't wait to come back here and check out another movie again! Hands down reccomended!

Comfortable seats. Terrible service. I had to ask for ketchup 3 times and STILL didn’t get it. My friend had to walk into the kitchen to ask for ketchup so she could eat her fries. They came cold. Minus one star for cold fries, minus another for the ketchup problems. Update: Food still sucks but that doesn’t stop me from coming back and won’t stop me in the future. +1 star because it is a good place to watch a movie.
