★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las últimas 3 veces que he venido el servicio es pésimo, he estado 45 minutos en el lobby esperando a que me tomen mi orden y nadie aparece, preguntas en el mostrador y se enojan por que solo se puede pedir en la sala o en el lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones de primera, como se debe esperar de un Cinépolis VIP, sin embargo, urge contratar personal, tardaron cerca de 40 minutos en tomarnos la orden en la sala y nuestro pedido llegó casi 1:20 después de iniciada la película, algo increíble e inaceptable.
Por otro lado, la atención del personal es muy deficiente, lo cual adjudico a la falta de personal, los pocos que hay están saturados.
Por último, necesitan revisar la calibración del audio y el video en salas, ya que al menos en la sala 1 el audio era deficiente y había partes que no se escuchaban, así como la imagen, que fue muy obscura durante toda la función.
