★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopping center is new and has all the amenities you would expect too. The cinemas are really small. The snacks shop is really crowded. The ticket line is also crowded, because the common area are too small. Vip is like 10mts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this location of Cinépolis I think the service is slightly better. The lines are fast. Recommended to buy the tickets with the app and go straight to buy snacks and to the movie as it gets crowded during the weekends. Range of tickets from 70 (regular) to 250 (VIP)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was packed, there was no option for the movie we wanted to see on VIP, advertisement for more than 20 minutes before the movie. The screen was very nice.
I don't know what measure cash be taken when the movie has already started and there still people coming in interrupting the other viewers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to VIP Cinépolis Coyoacán, the service is good, but the food is soooo bad. Always old, always cold. Even the popcorn. I've given them three chances, I will never order cooked food from them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know the hype about"The Lion King" and that's probably why the place was VERY crowded. But this complex is really small in comparison with others complex located in smaller malls or plazas. It feels tiny and tight, so you don't enjoy your time there because of the dimensions of the place and all the people congregated, you're there with a hurry up feeling.
