★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best local art movie theater in Monterrey. This theater is located inside of the beautiful Parque Fundidora, in one of the historic buildings. Installations are beautiful and modern. Arrive early to appreciate the art museum and bookstore. Tickets are quite affordable, and the independent/art movie options are so interesting. Usually a long line for concessions, so calculate that into your time allowance as well.
