★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was really excited to try an american bakery in tulum. my friend and i ordered about 4 things (bagels, cake, cinnamon rolls, and mashed potatos) and honestly couldn't finish anything because of how bad it tasted. there was no flavor in anything, it seems like the woman just picked up baking as a hobby and tried selling it here for a profit. not to mention she was super super rude! definitely not going back and would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in Tulum for a little more then 2 years and never walked in, simply because we thought we would be disappointed. Well in fact we were disappointed, that we did not walk in sooner. OMG by far the best bakery in town. I don't think my waistline is going to be to happy. However, since we walked in we have also ordered from their delivery service. Twice in one week and Im already including them in all my events... We have tried just about everything except for the Mac and cheese or bagels. Truly a cinfull delight. A must have when in Tulum

I can't believe it is ranked so low on google...but it looks like it due to angry emotional 1 star reviews dragging them down, not based on the food itself. I´m leaving this review because it is at least a 4.5 on google...also go to tomato.mx which is where I order and they are one of only a couple that have (at the time of writing this) 100% positive reviews. Quite an achievement. I hope this review helps them.
They are great and I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pecan stickies are absolutely delicious. I also had the pear cheesecake chocolate crisp and I could not believe that I've never had this dessert before it was to die for! I am excited to have a delicious bakery like this in Tulum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jema (I'm so sorry if I misspelled it) was incredibly sweet! She absolutely made our night and was so friendly and helpful. She made my friend's birthday extra special. We haven't even tried the dessert but based on the service this bakery is 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to a dinner party where chocolate cupcakes from Cinfully Delicious were served for dessert. They looked amazing! Rich dark chocolate with thick icing and what looked like a Hershey’s kiss on top. Unfortunately, as we all unwrapped them and began to bite into them, they were hard and stale. So disappointing as they were purchased only hours before. Sadly, they were inedible and the frosting was even way too sweet. Very disappointing.
