★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acerque a comprar un pastelito, pero al ver como preparaba la masa la sra. Estuvo hablando por celular (higienico?) No creo, se sale del locar se sienta en la maquina para fotos y con las 2 manos sucias siguio amazando, simplemente antigienico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy una compradora por muchos años y en diferentes ciudades y países de esta marca y es la primera vez que tengo un reclamo: el día de ayer fui a comprar como a las 2 pm en la sucursal de altaria le pregunté a la señorita si eran del día y me contesto que si ! Los pague con la confianza que estuvieran perfectamente deliciosos y al comérmelos de postre al final de mi comida esos estaban correosos ese pan era de otro día lo sé por qué yo he comprado los que venden frios pero han sido honestos conmigo y su precio es más bajo. La molestia que tengo es que no fueran sinceras conmigo y que los pague a precio completo ? eso no se hace pues la próxima vez que compre no tendré la confianza de que sean sinceros, así que lo pensaré en volver a comprar !
I have been a buyer for many years and in different cities and countries of this brand and it is the first time that I have a complaint: yesterday I went to buy at around 2 pm at the Altaria branch, I asked the lady if they were from day and he answered yes! I paid them with the confidence that they were perfectly delicious and when I ate them for dessert at the end of my meal those were soggy that bread was from another day I know why I have bought those that sell cold but they have been honest with me and their price is lower . The annoyance I have is that they were not honest with me and that I paid them at full price ? that is not done because the next time I buy I will not have the confidence that they are sincere, so I will think about buying again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pan muy rico! Lo probé por primera vez en Monterrey y era delicioso. Este en particular le falta algo.. es rico, pero no delicioso, volvería a comprar pero si hubiera otra cosa, lo cambiaría.
Es caro para su sabor, repito, algo le falta…
It is a very rich bread! I tried it for the first time in Monterrey and it was delicious. This particular one is missing something .. it is rich, but not delicious, I would buy again but if there was something else, I would change it.

Llegamos 7:45 PM y ya habían cerrado, cuando su horario en módulo específica a las 8, ya no quisieron vendernos. Regresamos al día siguiente a las 11:30 am y super mal trato además de solo tener 4 roles en mostrador para venta ?... también nos dijeron que solo vendían eso.
No recomendado en absoluto.
Terrible service plus they don't have variety.
We arrived at 7:45 PM and they had already closed, when their specific module schedule at 8, they no longer wanted to sell us. We came back the next day at 11:30 am and a super bad deal in addition to only having 4 roles at the counter for sale ? ... they also told us that they only sold that.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, EL HORARIO DICE QUE CIERRAN A LAS 9 pm. PERO CIERRAN A LAS 8 pm. OTRO DÍA FUI A COMPRAR ROLES PARA LA FAMILIA (5 PERSONAS) PERO LA ACTITUD DE LA SRITA. MAL ENCARADA Y DESPOTA, SOLO COMPRE 2, HASTA PARECE QUE LE ESTAN HACIENDO UN FAVOR AL CLIENTE, NO VUELVO A ESTE LUGAR A COMPRAR.
AWFUL SERVICE, THE SCHEDULE SAYS THAT THEY CLOSE AT 9 pm. BUT THEY CLOSE AT 8 PM. ANOTHER DAY I WENT TO BUY ROLES FOR THE FAMILY (5 PEOPLE) BUT THE ATTITUDE OF MISS. BADLY FACED AND DESPOTA, JUST BUY 2, IT EVEN SEEMS THAT THEY ARE DOING THE CUSTOMER A FAVOR, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE TO BUY.
