★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo y agradable para vivir, buena vista y en vías de desarrollo, conectada a través de avenida leonés que es una buena arteria para incorporarse a la ciudad; sin embargo aún no hay tiendas de conveniencia cercanas (disponibles caminando) para adquirir bienes básicos (comida, medicina, hogar).
Quiet and pleasant place to live, good view and in the process of development, connected through Leon Avenue which is a good artery to join the city; however there are still no nearby convenience stores (available on foot) to purchase basic goods (food, medicine, home).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito fraccionamiento. Hasta horita vecinos amables, casa club elegante aunq le falten uno q otro aparato al gimnasio. Acceso para vecinos con tarjeta de distancia larga. Señalizaciones y pasos peatonales bien marcados.
Very nice subdivision. Until horita neighbors friendly, elegant clubhouse aunq lacks one another device q to the gym. Access for neighbors with long distance card. Signposts and pedestrian crossings well marked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para vivir. Super tranquilo, gente buena onda, llegan todos los servicios básicos de agua luz gas cable. La alberca esta a gusto, buen trato de la administración y cerca tienes buenos lugares y plazas.
Excellent place to live. Super quiet, cool people, all the basic services of water light gas cable arrive. The pool is comfortable, good treatment of the administration and nearby you have good places and places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a cozy and enjoyable community. Has nice streets, a playground, a palapa, a club house and a pool as amenities. Also, there are different house models which gives variety to the sight and makes it interesting. I hope it keeps going as it is.
