On Friday, March 25, 2022, I made a recharge purchase, the terminal failed and the sale was not made; They deceived me saying that the charge had not been made but when I checked my internet banking I verified that the charge had been made; I went to claim but they did not want to be responsible; Until today Monday I am trying to communicate with their phones but nobody answers
