Delante de mi estaba una persona que hizo una recarga y pagó en efectivo. Al momento de yo pagar le di mi tarjeta y el empleado la puso en la terminal y me hizo el cobro; le pedí el ticket o voucher y me dio excusas para no dármelo. Afortunadamente recibo notificaciones a mi celular de los cobros, por lo que lo revisé y el monto del cobro fue el de la recarga de la otra persona y mi cuenta. Me regrese a reclamar y el empleado puso cara de asustado y sin que yo le comprobara se decidió a darme el reembolso. Ya había notado que a veces me faltaba cambio, dos o tres pesos, pero no le había dado importancia. Al parecer es algo que hace muy comúnmente y abusa de la gente.
