La persona que me atendió me dijo que no tenía cambio y prácticamente me quitó los productos que estaba adquiriendo sin darme oportunidad de ofrecer otra forma de pago. Claro que perdió la venta aunque no cobre por comisión, el negocio pierde. Ojalá le den capacitación en como atender clientes o la cambien antes de que los siga perdiendo.
Terrible service a few minutes ago. The person who attended to me told me that I had no change and practically took away the products I was buying without giving me the opportunity to offer another form of payment. Of course, he lost the sale even if he doesn't charge for commission, the business loses. Hopefully they give you training on how to serve customers or change it before you keep losing them.
