Al entrar estaba a punto de ponerme mi cubrebocas cuando el empleado de limpieza me levanto la voz al pedirme que usara el cubrebocas y le pedi que no me hablara asi, y al estar cerca de los refrigeradores de bebidas me dijo que me quite porque estaba limpiando el piso. Yo acudi a la encargada y me dijo que yo mentia, y mientras hablaba con ella el empleado se acerco y me siguio gritando, ella se puso se su lado y me pidio irme a otra tienda. El empleado de limpieza se rio con sarcasmo y me dijo que el podia hablar como el quisiera. Que falta de profesionalismo de la empleada encargado, se comporto como si ella fuera dueña de la tienda, y no es asi. Ellos deben tener en cuenta que sin clientes no hay negocio y ellos sin profesion, no tendrian trabajo.
I just had a bad experience at this store. Upon entering I was about to put on my mask when the cleaning employee raised his voice asking me to use the mask and asked him not to speak to me like that, and when he was near the beverage coolers he told me to take off because I was cleaning floor. I went to the manager and she told me that I was lying, and while I was talking to her the employee approached me and kept yelling at me, she stood by her side and asked me to go to another store. The cleaning man laughed sarcastically and told me that he could speak however he wanted. That lack of professionalism of the employee in charge, she behaved as if she were the owner of the store, and she is not like that. They must bear in mind that without clients there is no business and they without profession would not have a job.
