★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá esto lo vea algún supervisor, el servicio de este establecimiento es terrible, siempre tienen un pretexto para no hacer otras operaciones que no sea "cobrar chicles o refrescos con efectivo" NUNCA quieren hacer operaciones de otra índole tales como pagos de servicios pago con código QR, cobro con vales que si deberían recibir, en ocasiones te niegan hasta las recargas o pagos con tarjeta, después de cierta hora nisiquiera te quieren vender es decepciónante ver cómo o son flojos y flojas o no tienen una capacitación adecuada ni siquiera para realizar una factura o algún servicio que ofrece la empresa
Hopefully this will be seen by a supervisor, the service at this establishment is terrible, they always have a pretext for not doing other operations that is not "charge chewing gum or soft drinks with cash" NEVER want to do operations of another nature such as payment of services payment with code QR, I charge with vouchers that if they should receive, sometimes they deny you even recharges or card payments, after a certain hour they don't even want to sell you it is disappointing to see how they are either lazy and lazy or do not have adequate training not even to perform one invoice or any service offered by the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya van 3 veces que quiero pagar con QR y el que atiende un pelón de lentes con barba me niega el pago y vuelvo a ir pido un café y que no tiene cierren ese asqueroso lugar !!!
Terrible service and it's been 3 times that I want to pay with QR and the one who attends a bald guy with glasses with a beard denies me the payment and I go again I ask for a coffee and that they don't have to close that disgusting place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo fui en la mañana hacer una recarga telefónica y la señorita se puso muy pesada y no m kiso atender a tal grado q mando llamar ala seguridad q esta ahi en el metro cd azteca y me robaron efectivo a causa de q esta señorita dijo q traia objetos prohibidos cuando no era hasi tengan cuidado con esta señorita : es una chava muy gorda de lentes q se hace llamar alejandra la verdad yo opino q mejor lo cierren xq brindan un mal servicio al cliente y sus caberas son muy prepotentes

Miss said that she brought forbidden objects when she wasn't, be careful with this lady: she is a very fat girl with glasses who calls herself alejandra, the truth is, I think they better close it because they provide poor customer service and their heads are very arrogant
