★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de saldo pero falló la terminal y no se hizo la venta, sin embargo el cargo si se aplicó a mi tarjeta, el personal no quiso o no supo como devolverme el dinero. Aun sigo resolviendo ese problema
 I made a balance purchase but the terminal failed and the sale was not made, however the charge was applied to my card, the staff did not want or did not know how to return the money. I'm still solving that problem
