★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una tarjeta de nintendo e-shop y al momento de canjearla me salía error llame a servicio a clientes de nintendo y me dijieron que ya había sido canjeada el código a lo cual fue falso ya que a la hora de poner el código me salía error y ese mismo dia las computadoras dónde activan las tarjetas estaba mal y me pasó esto 2 veces,no recomiendo comprar este tipo de tarjetas en esta sucursal
I bought a nintendo e-shop card and at the time of redeeming it I got an error, call nintendo customer service and they told me that the code had already been exchanged, which was false since when I entered the code I got an error And that same day the computers where they activate the cards were wrong and this happened to me 2 times, I do not recommend buying this type of cards in this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.el tipo que está en la noche es un aprovechado. Le quería comprar una promocion de dos corona por 67 y el muy aprovechado me las quería dar en 40 cada una, y ni siquiera era de noche, me dijo que no están disponibles las promociones. Entonces para que pegan carteles?
Jamás dan las promociones y siempre tiene una jeta y un niño durmiendo en el suelo. Me voy a quejar en Profeco ya que eso es publicidad falsa.
Terrible service. The guy who is in the night is a profiteer. I wanted to buy him a promotion of two crowns for 67 and the very profiteer wanted to give me 40 each, and it was not even at night, he told me that the promotions are not available. So what do they put up posters for?
They never give promotions and he always has a face and a child sleeping on the floor. I am going to complain to Profeco since that is false advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mujer que atiende, nunca abre o siempre tarda mucho por estar con su pareja! Vas 7 veces que vengo y aparte de mal genio!, desafortunadamente no tengo más opción que comprar en otro lado y donde den mejor servicio!
