★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis padres trataron de comprar dos aguas. Era algo más de $30. Pagaron con un billete de $500, y la cajera les dió cambio como si hubieran pagado con uno de $50. Pero en el ticket les puso que pagaron con uno de $100. Tardaron HORAS para que les devolvieran el cambio correcto (sin que la cajera admitiera su error), y perdieron el ferry por culpa de eso.
 My parents tried to buy two waters. It was just over $30. They paid with a $500 bill, and the cashier gave them change as if they had paid with a $50 bill. But on the ticket they said that they paid with a $100 ticket. It took HOURS to get the correct change back (without the cashier admitting her mistake), and they missed the ferry because of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy una estrella porque esta bien que pongan uno que ya hacía falta. Pero lo que no estoy de acuerdo es que traten life engañar a los clientes al no aplicar las promociones vigentes. Compre 2 aguas cristal de 1.2lts indicadas con la promoción 2x19 pesos. Al pagar me quieren cobrar 28 pesos es decir 2x14 pesos. Cabe señalar que al momento de marcar las 2 aguas el sistema desplegó la promoción, sin embargo el cajero canceló la promoción por lo que la caja marcaba 28 pesos. Al comentarle que estaba indicada la promoción en la puerta del refrigerador dijo que no sabía, qué iba a revisar, cancelando la venta y volviendo a marcar las aguas, nuevamente el sistema mostró la promoción y en esta ocasión le dio OK. Al final pague 19 pesos, sin embargo se le hizo de muy mal gusto que quisieran engañarme.
