★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro ir a este lugar, no soy de puebla pero cuando vamos, aún que nos hospedemos a el otro lado de la cuidad, vamos a comer ahí. Es una pizza delgada pero jugosa (no tiene la consistencia seca o “masuda”) el sabor es riquísimo y los ingredientes saben a que son de muy buena calidad. Además atienen rápido y los costos son justos. El lugar no es nada elegante ya que es una cochera de carro debajo de una casa, pero no se guíen por eso ya que la experiencia culinaria valdrá mucho la pena.
Mi familia y yo les recomendamos la de la foto: pollo con champiñones y el pollo parmesano.
I love going to this place, I am not from Puebla but when we go, even if we stay on the other side of the city, we will eat there. It is a thin but juicy pizza (it does not have the dry or “thick” consistency). The taste is delicious and the ingredients taste like they are of very good quality. They also attend fast and the costs are fair. The place is not at all elegant since it is a carriage garage under a house, but do not be guided by that since the culinary experience will be worth it.
My family and I recommend the one in the photo: chicken with mushrooms and chicken parmesan.
