★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, ofrecen pólizas q no cumplen, en mi otro carro traigo llantas toyotires y me hicieron válida la garantía tan solo con llevar la llanta y dar mi nombre, buscaron en sistema y resolvieron mi problema, en círculo llantero compré llantas continental y me vendieron la póliza garantía, llegó con la factura y el baucher y me rebotan, me pidieron la póliza, la verdad no recuerdo si me la dieron o no, supongo q no, o si se me perdió se supone q ellos deberían tener en sistema la información pero resulta q no, realmente deficiente el servicio, sino le van a hacer uni válido para q se lo ofrecen, ya leí los comentarios y creo no soy la única persona q le ha pasado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es muy mala, tuve que llamar muchas veces para cotizar y comprar llantas, quedaban en regresarme las llamadas y ni una sola vez lo hicieron, no me ofrecieron póliza de garantía, me cobraron más de lo que me cotizaron por teléfono y tardaron mucho porque cambiaron una llanta, se fueron a comer y después de la comida cambiaron la otra (mi carro era el único y yo el único cliente esperando y no me avisaron que así sería). No creo sea solo culpa de los empleados, tratan de ser amables pero eso no quita el mal servicio, con capacitación se pudiera mejorar. Solo compré porque no tenían en otro lado esa medida y no podía esperar pero no me quedan ganas de volver, espero mejoren.
