Comenzando con la pésima actitud del encargado del salón, carente de servicio y amabilidad. La cocina y refrigerador con mal olor y aparición de cucarachas en área de cocina. Área de juegos vieja, que se nota que no se le ha remodelado en años, maloliente a sudor de las alfombras. Es notorio que la persona encargada no realiza de manera óptima la higiene del lugar, mucho menos el área de juegos que debería de ser tan minuciosamente limpiada por la presencia de niños.
It is the second time that I have held an event in this room, but this last time, they left much to be desired. Starting with the lousy attitude of the salon manager, lacking in service and kindness. The kitchen and refrigerator with bad smell and appearance of roaches in kitchen area. Old play area, you can tell it hasn't been remodeled in years, smelly of sweat from the carpets. It is notorious that the person in charge does not perform the hygiene of the place in an optimal way, much less the play area that should be so thoroughly cleaned due to the presence of children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal es mala y antipática, las instalaciones están bien pero cuando están en servicio no prenden la calefacción y eso hace un poco molesto la estadía. La limpieza muy bien.
The attention from the staff is bad and unfriendly, the facilities are fine but when they are in service they do not turn on the heating and that makes the stay a bit annoying. Cleaning very well.
