Before an operation with DR.Alfaro look for more options, but I finally operate with, and I found many unethical surgeons treating me to convince me to operate with them. My case was that I implants wanted 400 and 2 surgeons told me they could not get this size areola and did not have much, specific, previous volume they said "you can not" and they suggested me sizes guys, I obviously did not want; when you reach the DR.Alfaro I said, of course you can put this size areola and I explain pros and cons of surgery. The other surgeons unethical did not tell me, "I can not do it", I said "can not" imagine if I had stayed with only his opinion, would be with a volume that would not like me, that is not done, kudos to the Dr. Alfaro for its ethics and experience is very good.

Almost 4 years after my rhinoplasty, I am not completely satisfied, my nose is still deviated and I have a defect in the nostrils, in fact I am about to have a secondary rhinoplasty. The truth is that it has very affordable prices but it is better to invest a little more with another professional.

The clinic's attention and COVID measures were super good, perfect healthy distance, distanced chairs, staff masks, antibacterial gel, disinfection mat and excellent treatment from the doctor and his staff in my assessment and surgery consultation. I underwent Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery on March 23, 2022, with Dr. Carlos Gerardo Alfaro, My Surgery (No) looks Aesthetic and my Eyelids (No) look Symmetrical, in one the Eyes of the Lower Eyelid the incision it was done very close to the eyelashes, which is good! In the other eye, the incision was made below the eyelashes! Causing both Eyes to NOT look Uniform. I am not satisfied with the result, apart from where the points of the incisions end, some small balls similar to Warts appeared, I do not know if it is the Technique to make the Knot that caused this problem. I want to comment on something Important, the day of my Surgery, the Anesthesiologist, insisted a lot on General Anesthesia, I did not agree because it can be done with Local Anesthesia, but nevertheless I accepted (Sedation Anesthesia). They entered my Surgery, Dr. Alfaro, the Anesthesiologist, another person who told me that he was going to pass them the surgical material, and the Nurse. Due to the Surgical Difference between both Eyes, I would like to have the Assurance that an Practitioner was NOT given an opportunity during the Surgery, unfortunately I have many doubts. I was sending messages to Dr. Alfaro and his Assistant about my progress and doubts to r. Alfaro simply did not answer me anything anymore, he did not take responsibility. In my case. ! I'm going to have to consider Reconstructive Surgery.!
