★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to Dr Arriaga for a breast lift. He talked her into augmentation as well, which was good...but then he didn't really do a lift. They look mostly the same, just bigger. Communication was Terrible...we didn't know what to expect or how to care for the wounds after or what to do for her pain. Finally, we found out later that his price was very high compared to other doctors in the area. He did offer to do another minor surgery to lift them some, but at this point my wife does not trust him, nor did she want to endure ANOTHER surgery in general. Maybe the experience would have been different for a native Spanish speaker...but I would recommend English speakers look elsewhere for a plastic surgeon.
