★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención y orientación a los trámites por realizar. Las personas que me atendieron todas han sido muy amables. El estacionamiento es insuficiente y ahora está prohibido eatacionarse en la avenida de atrás.
Very good attention and orientation to the procedures to be carried out. The people who attended me have all been very kind. Parking is insufficient and it is now forbidden to park in the back avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá pudiera darle CERO estrellas. Pensaba escribir mi experiencia con una descripción detallada para que la buena gente juzgue por si misma el nivel de incompetencia de este lugar; pero en vez de eso déjenme decir que si pudiera poner una bomba en este lugar y salir impune, lo haría.
La gente que aquí trabaja es inconsciente de que son SERVIDORES DE GOBIERNO, pero no todo es su culpa, las metodologías burocraticas parecen estar hechas para ser ineficientes, repetitivas y para que no exista un responsable claro y franco de cada cosa.
Wish I could give it ZERO stars. I planned to write my experience with a detailed description so that good people judge for themselves the level of incompetence of this place; But instead let me say that if I could put a bomb in this place and get away with it, I would.
The people who work here are unaware that they are GOVERNMENT SERVANTS, but not everything is their fault, bureaucratic methodologies seem to be made to be inefficient, repetitive and so that there is no clear and frank responsible for everything.

It is not much use making an appointment online if they still make you wait almost 2 hours to take your photo for the renewal of your passport.

There is never ever a bathroom in this place. They deny you service as if you were a thug who is going to vandalize the facility. VERY BAD
