★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, fui a cancelar el servicio de cable y me trataron muy mal, me tuvieron una hora ahí tardando de convencerme de no cancelar como no accedí me dijeron que no podía cancelar porque ya había pasado mi fecha de corte y luego se contradicen diciendo que es problema del banco, esta de más decir que me cobraron para poder cancelar. Realmente el personal es muy grosero, se enojan por hacer su trabajo, ya no es lo que eran antes, su programación es mala y repetitiva. Sinceramente no recomiendo sus servicios.
 Terrible attention, I went to cancel the cable service and they treated me very badly, they had me there for an hour, taking time to convince me not to cancel as I did not agree, they told me that I could not cancel because my cut-off date had already passed and then they contradict themselves saying that It is the bank's problem, it goes without saying that they charged me to cancel. Really the staff is very rude, they get angry about doing their job, it is not what they were before, their programming is bad and repetitive. I honestly do not recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando recién abrieron atendian bien y rápido pero de 2 años para aca se tardan media hora en atenderte y solo abren 2 cajas de las 4 a demas de que cualquier cosa que uno vaya a hacer lo mandan a las cajas lo que hace que se retrase mas la fila y eso lo hacen por flojera ya que tienen escritos específicos para atender otras areas pero prefien hacer esperar a la gente y para el colmo los empleados de las cajas siempre estan de mal humor.
When they first opened they attended well and quickly but from 2 years to here they take half an hour to attend you and they only open 2 boxes from 4 o'clock to others that whatever one is going to do they send it to the boxes which makes it more delayed the line and that they do out of laziness since they have specific writings to attend to other areas but they prefer to make people wait and to top it all the employees of the boxes are always in a bad mood.
