G	Gabriela Lagunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me resulta difícil dar esta opinión, como en todos los lugares hay empleados buenos y malos, lo que creo es que tiene que ser diferente la forma de atender, dar prioridad a las personas de la tercera edad y gente con discapacidad, eso debería ser un estándar en todas las dependencias de gobierno, parte es una locura que se tenga que ir y venir contante mente de San Pedro a el Cis por uno y otro trámite que se hace eterno, muy complicado para una persona con necesidades especiales, definitivamente una muy mala experiencia. Solo pensar que debe uno llegar a las 7 de la mañana para que le toque a uno un lugar a una buena hora se me hace simplemente una locura, para una persona mayor eso es inhumano. Ahora tienes que hacer cola afuera del CIS para poder pagarla. ¿Porqué en los cambios de administración siempre tienen que descomponer lo que si funciona? Para pagar, hay un cajero automático o inteligente, solo uno, para mas de 50 personas por fila, mínimo cajero mas, y hay personas que no están acostumbradas a usarlo por lo que tardan y les cuesta, si se habla de ser inclusivos, deberían tomar en cuenta a las personas de la tercera edad a quienes dejan esperando en un cajero que les dificultará el pago. El trámite pudo tardar 20 minutos, pero como aquí se deben hacer filas y la cultura es hacer esperar al contribuyente, pues me tarde 2 horas y media. Pónganse abusados por favor, sean eficientes. A	Angel Cosme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en ventanilla es ágil, pero el tiempo de espera para pagar tu referencia de cualquier trámite es excesivo. Más de una hora en fila para pagar. Te recomiendo llevar todos tus documentos ya que el servicio de copias por fuera es deficiente.

I went in November of 2021 and was greeted With professionalism and understanding even when I did not have the proper paperwork. Even a provision for me to come back later that day without having to make another appointment with the correct paperwork at my convenience. The process for collecting my driver license was efficient and smooth.
