★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos años visité este establecimiento, la asistencia es cordial y los precios razonables, sin embargo sus análisis no fueron acertados y al momento de entregarme el carro "reparado" seguía teniendo los mismos problemas, después tuve que dejarlo más tiempo para que repararan el problema principal y tuve que pagar por las dos reparaciones a pesar que en la primera reparación no la necesitaba.
La entrega no fue a tiempo, tardaron una semana adicional para entregarme mi carro, me hicieron gastar doble, me robaron los lentes de sol que había dejado dentro del auto y mi GPS me señalaba que estuvieron usando el carro por las noches (al llamar al ejecutivo mientras estaban usando mi auto por la noche, el ejecutivo me confirmó que él estaba usando el auto para ir a su casa!) y no me regresaron el dinero de la gasolina que ellos gastaron.
Tal vez he sido el único con una mala experiencia en este lugar, pero en definitiva no lo recomiendo.
Two years ago I visited this establishment, the assistance is cordial and the prices are reasonable, however their analyzes were not correct and when the "repaired" car was delivered to me, it continued to have the same problems, then I had to leave it longer for the problem to be repaired. I had to pay for the two repairs even though the first repair did not need it.
The delivery was not on time, they took an additional week to deliver my car, they made me spend double, they stole the sunglasses that I had left inside the car and my GPS indicated that they were using the car at night (when I called the executive while they were using my car at night, the executive confirmed to me that he was using the car to go home!) and they did not return the gas money they spent.
Maybe I have been the only one with a bad experience in this place, but I definitely do not recommend it.
