★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO LUGAR DE TRABAJO. SI NO LOGRAS LA META DE ELLOS EN CAPACITACIÓN NO CONTINÚAS, EL PAGO EN EFECTIVO TE HACE VER LA SERIEDAD. TE PROMETEN UNA COMPENSACIÓN EN CASO DE QUE NO LOGRES LA META, PERO, TE DAN LARGAS POR MENSAJE. TANTO EL SUPERVISOR COMO LA RECEPCIONISTA TE MANDAN MENSAJE DICIENDO QUE NO SALIÓ LA COMPENSACIÓN PERO QUE LA SIGUIENTE SEMANA SÍ, ASÍ TE TRAEN HASTA QUE TE BLOQUEAN, UNA COMPAÑERA FUE CON CONCILIACIÓN Y ARBITRAJE POR ESTE INCUMPLIMIENTO. EL TRABAJO ES UNA FARSA MUY LARGA DE LUNES A VIERNES DE 9 A 6 POR LO QUE PREPÁRENSE
AWFUL WORKPLACE. IF YOU DO NOT ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL IN TRAINING DO NOT CONTINUE, THE CASH PAYMENT MAKES YOU SEE THE SERIOUSNESS. THEY PROMISE YOU A COMPENSATION IN CASE YOU DO NOT ACHIEVE THE GOAL, BUT, THEY GIVE YOU STAGES BY MESSAGE. BOTH THE SUPERVISOR AND THE RECEPTIONIST SEND YOU A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE COMPENSATION DID NOT COME OUT BUT THE NEXT WEEK YES, SO THEY WILL BRING YOU UNTIL YOU ARE BLOCKED, A COMPANION WAS WITH CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION FOR THIS NON-COMPLIANCE.
