★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son las 12:06 pm del 19/04/2021 y apenas me tienden, vine a apertura de cuenta, vengan con 2 horas para perder si tienen tiempo adelante, en caso contrario busque otra opción (tiempo en la sucursal 1hora 20 min, dentro más 15 min afuera para pasar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio más o menos considerable la vdd, sus cajeras son unas inútiles no te saben proporcionar la información adecuada y para quitarse el problema te mandan con el ejecutivo y la vdd muy mal servicio en general, antier hice un depósito y es fecha q aún no llega, yo ya hasta tuve problemas x culpa de ese bendito depósito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la nueva remodelación al principio te pierdes un poco pero el personal del banco está dispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud del cliente.
Llegué a hacer mi trámite y desde la persona que te da el turno, la señorita que me atendió hasta la persona de ventanilla todos muy amables.
El trámite fue de los más rápido sino el tiempo que me llevo para esperar fue lo tardado.

I got to do my paperwork and from the person who gives you the turn, the lady who attended me to the window person all very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento, poco práctico, no resuelven muy bien las dudas y es el banco con más quejas a nivel nacional. Si pueden evitarlo mucho mejor. Ventaja: estacionamiento seguro, ubicación y, están tomando medidas sanitarias para evitar la propagación del Covid-19 sobre todo guardando sana distancia.
