★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantemente se les cae el sistema y es muy lenta la atención. La verdad no creo que sea culpa de los empleados, sino de la gente que no lleva sus documentos completos, no saben leer o no se pueden leer sus huellas. Tambien hay muchos que sólo van a "hacer una preguntita" y distraen a los ejecutivos.
Consejo, si planean ir al menos una semana antes utilicen glicerina para ayudar a restaurar sus huellas digitales y eviten desgastarlas, protegiendose con guantes. Muchos tienen problemas por eso.
Practiquen su lectura antes de ir, leer es un requisito, porque te graban aceptando que quieres realizar el retiro de tu AFORE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Porqué solo atienden los asuntos relacionados con afores en dos sucursales en toda la CDMX? Está estaba saturadísima, entiendo que no les conviene que la gente saque el dinero de sus afores pero porque lo tiene que hacer tan cansado, es lamentable. El ejecutivo que atiende todavía se dio el lujo de amenazarme conque me daría el último turno sin importar la hora o el día que me presentara. Horrible.
Why do you only deal with matters related to afores in two branches throughout the CDMX? It was very saturated, I understand that it is not convenient for people to take money out of their afores but because they have to make it so tired, it is regrettable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy acudí a solicitar el retiro parcial por desempleo y me llevo la desagradable sorpresa que cerraron el área que se encarga de realizar los trámites para el retiro y a cambio me mandan a que realice mi tramite hasta el estado de México, a Carretera Santa Clara , Carretera México Laredo. Acudí a la sucursal de reforma y tienes que formarte desde muy temprano, ya que sólo dan 75 fichas y hay mucha gente llegué a las 9 de la mañana y salí a las 4 de la tarde.

No descarto que si han de tener su carácter, porque luego entre ellos se gritan y luego pareciera que no se soportan. Pero eh tenido un buen trato, me han tenido paciencia y informado bastante bien. Siempre que voy se que tendré garantizado que resolver más de una sola duda o problema que tenga.
Acudan, sean claros con los problemas que tengan y entre más claros y con los documentos necesarios y básicos no tardaran más de 30 min y eso es exagerar o hacer más de un solo tramite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui por primera vez y me tardaron 1:48 minutos, ya de hay tuve qué hacer una llamada a los 3 días, y al cabo de 4 días más se resolvió mi asunto, así que vallan con tiempo. Y lleven los requisitos que exigen, Apesar de ser copias no se quedan con nada, solo es para Comprobar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a esta sucursal de insurgentes porque ahí tienen oficina de Aforé, la atención es muy buena, amable y te resuelven todas tus dudas, por otra parte el banco estaba muy saturado sin embargo la atención es rápida, de igual manera el personal muy amable
