★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general buenos porque cumplen con la función del banco, sin embargo el tiempo de espera suele ser demasiado tardado puesto que tienen muy pocas cajas operando. Así como también, los cajeros automáticos son muy pocos para la cantidad de clientes que tienen, y que por lo mismo normalmente se crean largas filas para asistir ya sea al cajero o directamente al banco a hacer algún trámite, y el problema más grande es el sol que pega directamente a quienes estamos esperando.
In general, they are good because they fulfill the role of the bank, however the waiting time is usually too long since they have very few boxes operating. As well as, ATMs are very few for the number of customers they have, and that is why long lines are usually created to assist either the ATM or directly to the bank to do some procedure, and the biggest problem is the sun that hits directly those who are waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cobrar un cheque y comentan que no contaban con efectivo ?, tambien te preguntan en la estrada sobre que transacción vas a realizar creo que fue el momento donde me hubieran comentado y no hacerme esperar casi media hora, no pierdan su tiempo creo que un oxxo con su servicio de una caja me hubiera hecho esperar menos y ademas hubiera podido cambiar mi cheque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de banco en san martín, el día de ayer quice hacer un deposito en ventanilla xq mis billetes estaban algunos maltratados la cantidad de $11,200 a mi tarjeta de crédito, la señora de la entrada me obliga a hacerlo en practicajas pese q insistí la condición de los billetes, pues resulta q la practicaja se trajo el dinero ni deposito ni dinero, ahora tuve q venir al banco a aclarar xq no me dieron ni comprobante solo es la palabra de la señora esta, llevo 55 min aplastada y no me dan una respuesta cuerente. Asco de banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Bank manager is nasty and has no compassion! Took 1 hour to see her and she takes no responsibility for her own actions! Returned my direct deposit to the U.S. after waiting 72 hours to receive, and when i went back to the bank to see if they un froze my account she laughed about it and said come back in another 72 hours! Reported the bank to the Federal Reserve for investigation!
