También adentro un "ejecutivo" me hizo la misma pregunta! Quiero información porque no por teléfono ni por internet me la dan!!!
They are disgusting, very pushy staff. I went to ask for my account information and from the entrance they did not let me pass and they only told me why did I want to know it? Is seriously ? Also inside an "executive" asked me the same question! I want information because they don't give it to me over the phone or online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es poco bueno pues solo tienes dos cajas y una larga fila de clientes y no clientes tardado en todos los servicios espero que puedan hacer algo para agilizar sus servicios pues es el único Banamex lado oriente de la ciudad al cuál llega demasiada gente de la misma se necesita un banco más grande

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a la atención de los servicios bancarios la respuesta es Confiable,sin embargo para esta zona creo que se necesita unas instalaciones de mayor capacidad, los ejcutivos buscan atender de la mejor manera,
Y lo que realmente creo que sería urgente atender es el estacionamiento, ya que por la zona y los espacios se vuelve un caos!
