★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto: lento e ineficiente. Por la ubicación de la sucursal, ésta tiene personal insuficiente para el volumen de personas que lo tenemos que visitar.
Solo cuentan con una persona que atiende "servicio a clientes", lo cual hace que solucionar tu problema (si es que pueden) tome al menos una hora de espera, más el tiempo de resolución que puede ser de hasta otra hora más.
Nefarious service: slow and inefficient. Due to the location of the branch, it has insufficient staff for the volume of people that we have to visit.
They only have one person who attends "customer service", which makes solving your problem (if they can) take at least one hour of waiting, plus the resolution time that can be up to another hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal cuenta con dos cajeros automáticos, en la sucursal normalmente hay gente pero siempre me han atendido bien y no tengo que esperar mucho tiempo , creo que está muy bien ubicada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y trato, llevo dos semanas con mi tarjeta bloqueada y por llamada es imposible que te atiendan y en persona no dan solución y se escudan diciendo que lo Resuelva en su app (que esta llena de errores). Soy nuevo en este banco y ni un mes que llevo con ellos y lo Confirmo es una pesadilla.
Terrible service and treatment, I have had my card blocked for two weeks and by call it is impossible for them to attend to you and in person they do not give a solution and they hide behind saying that they should solve it in their app (which is full of errors). I am new to this bank and I have not been with them for a month and I confirm it is a nightmare.
