★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio llevo aqui 3 horas se saltan los turnos de servicio a clientes se meten las señoras sin que sea su turno la señorita que esta atendiendo servicio a clientes caja 6 como a las 3 se levanto de su silla con su termo se fue a la parte trasera y se tardo como 20 minutos mientras todos estamos esperando.
La señorita de la caja numero 5 servicio al cliente se fue dejando a clientes esperando mas de una hora que pesimo servicio de BANAMEX de 20 de noviembre si vienen a trabajar haganlo bien no vengan a calentar la silla nomas
 Pesimo service I have been here for 3 hours they skip the customer service shifts they get the ladies without it being their turn the lady who is serving customer service box 6 as at 3 she got up from her chair with her thermos went to the party back and it took like 20 minutes while we're all waiting.
The lady from the box number 5 customer service was leaving customers waiting for more than an hour that we weigh BANAMEX service on November 20 if they come to work do it well do not come to warm the chair nomas

Terrible customer service. Super inefficient! 3 staff talking while customer service ONLY without someone attending, I tell them that they are having breakfast!
