★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradaba mucho el servicio, pero estoy esperando mi turno y un señor llego y pasó antes que yo, me pare a comentar si era por turnos o si era válido que nos pudiéramos meter y la cajera y el señor me respondieron que tenia el turno 19, el cual ya había pasado desde mucho antes, que desgracias que el servicio al cliente haya decaído tanto.
I liked the service a lot, but I'm waiting for my turn and a man came and went before me, I stopped to comment if it was in shifts or if it was valid that we could get in and the cashier and the man replied that he had the turn 19 , which had already happened long before, what a disgrace that customer service has declined so much.

Terrible maintenance to their ATMs, they are almost always disabled, only one or two work if they are lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mantenimiento a los cajeros automáticos es muy malo. Son más las veces que eh ido en vano pues en ninguno puedes disponer de efectivo y lucen sucios. En este tiempo de pandemia pienso que debieron cuidar y planear mejor las cosas.
The maintenance of the ATMs is very bad. There are more times that I have gone in vain because in none of them you can have cash and they look dirty. In this time of pandemic, I think they should have taken better care and planned things.
