★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es desepcionante que no tengan servicio de Cambio de Divisas (al menos en esta sucursal ), y aun peor si tampoco saben decirte si puedes adquirirlas en otras plataformas y poder realizar operaciones con divisas.
It is disappointing that they do not have a currency exchange service (at least in this branch), and even worse if they also cannot tell you if you can purchase them on other platforms and be able to carry out operations with currencies.

dejan pasan gente sin turno de la calle a la ventanilla. Entre cliente y cliente se quedan platicando antes de llamar al siguiente, de las peores sucursales que he visitado
Small branch, but they are too slow, an hour to serve 10 in a row
