★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal! La gente que labora ahí no hace nada para ayudarte, son prepotentes y altaneros. Eso si, su mobiliario e instalaciones muy bonitas, hasta parece un lugar en el que te pueden ayudar. Si tienen oportunidad mejor vayan a la sucursal de La Palma, ahí si te ayudan.
 Terrible branch! The people who work there do nothing to help you, they are arrogant and haughty. Of course, its furniture and very nice facilities, it even seems like a place where they can help you. If you have a better chance, go to the La Palma branch, there if they help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sucursal donde las personas "vendedoras" te abordan y como leí en un comentario anterior: Te investigan (ingresos, periodicidad) para saber si les convienes. Ok, entiendo que deben indagar pero sus modos + jetas que ponen es lo que incomoda.
Te hacen gestos como si ellos percibieran más ingresos que uno.
Posteriormente no dejan de dar discursos para colocarte el producto (Ya que vieron tienes buen ingreso + historial crediticio) hasta la cara les cambia.
Una pena de instalaciones tan bonitas., su personal que da la bienvenida opaca semejante inmueble.
Una sucursal que a mi buen ver solo uso para los cajeros. Prefiero irme a la sucursal de la Palma (está a unas cuadras).

A branch that in my opinion I only use for ATMs. I'd rather go to the La Palma branch (it's a few blocks away).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No uses los cajeros a la noche porque estan trucados y se quedan con el dinero.
Es una lastima que en una ubicación tan importante los cajeros automáticos quedan abandonados, se quedan sin papel y funcionan mal, o directamente no funcionan. Incluso los que reciben depósitos...no funciona la recepción de dinero o la operación sale mal y el cajero se queda con el dinero pero sin acreditarlo a la cuenta. Entonces debes ir el lunes para que revisen que ocurrió y tardan 10 días en hacer la aclaración y hacer válido el depósito.
