★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención si pueden ir a otra sucursal haganlo, la maquina de turnos se quedo sin papel y todos haciendose locos hasta que la cola llegó a la entrada y la cajera que me atendio de lo mas apática y poco amable, pesimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo general tienen buen servicio, a las horas picos a pesar de la gran cabtidad de personas sacan en buen tiempo los turnos, sin embargo en la ventanilla de servicio a cliente es eterno el tiempo de espera, para que al final muchas veces te digan que no hay sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise cancelar un plan de invercion con vencimiento al 16 de octubre 2017 y la ejecutiva no lo quizo hacer de seguro porque no le acepte la tarjeta de credito y me disponia a retirar mi dinero, siendo que este plan de inversion se ha venido reinvitiendo desde abril de 2016 y no lo habia podido retirar. Muy mal servicio por parte de estas personas.
I wanted to cancel an investment plan expiring on October 16, 2017 and the executive did not want to do it for sure because I did not accept the credit card and was preparing to withdraw my money, since this investment plan has been reinvesting since April 2016 and could not withdraw it. Very poor service from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues el servicio en general es rápido y fluido. Lo malo es lo mismo que en todas las ciudades. Los asociados de cajas como que siente que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte... Fuera de eso todo está fenomenal.

Es mas viable, entra 1 y sale 1, no que esperan a que se junten 6 u 8 personas y entran tidas juntas. Sin mencionar que personas con discapacidad (baston, ancianos, etc. )Ni por decencia le ofrecen silla
