Terrible service. Slow. Very bad attitude of some employees. They already seem experts in mistreatment of customers and there is no problem. Branch not recommended at all, unlike others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende rápido a los clientes, me toco ser recibido en la puerta por el gerente de la sucursal el cual estaba entregando turnos muy amable. El servicio en cajas es rápido, el trámite que yo hice fue con un ejecutivo, ahí el servicio es un poco más tardado porque cada persona va a diferentes cosas. Aún así las ejecutivas atienden lo más rápido posible, el gerente atendió a clientes que iban por un estado de cuenta o algo más sencillo, dichos clientes duraron en la sucursal menos de 5 minutos. Cuando pase al escritorio con la señorita el trámite fue muy rápido y fluido. Hasta el momento no he tenido malas experiencias con este banco.
The staff attends customers quickly, I had to be greeted at the door by the branch manager, who was giving shifts very friendly. The service in boxes is fast, the procedure that I did was with an executive, there the service is a little longer because each person goes to different things. Even so, the executives attend as quickly as possible, the manager attended clients who were going for an account statement or something simpler, said clients lasted in the branch less than 5 minutes. When I went to the desk with the lady, the process was very fast and fluid. So far I have not had bad experiences with this bank.
