No por sus empleados, sino porque cierran sucursales con excusa de "cuidar" a clientes y empleados, pero saturan con filas larguísimas y tardadas las pocas que dejan abiertas. Since the pandemic, Banamex has been the worst bank for service in the Branch. El horario de atención es a partir de las 10am a las 5pm pero se escudan para abrir después de las 11am. El trato es intransigente y sin cuidado. Dejaron a una señora embarazada por más de 20 min en la puerta sin ofrecer un asiento. The employees of the branch do not receive the PASSPORT as official identification! La atención es muy buena desde la entrada, los ejecutivos son muy amables y si tienes todos loa documentos son muy rápidos. Ha sido de las mejores sucursales de Banamex que he visitado.
