Esta es la tercera vez que tengo un inconveniente con sus cajeros. O están fuera de servicio, o se están actualizando o no puede aceptar pagos en efectivo. Desde que estamos en pandemia, han quitado varias sucursales, que no tienen la capacidad para atender a tantos clientes con celeridad y sus cajeros automáticos no sirven. Qué frustración

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger una tarjeta de crédito y tuve que esperar 40min para ser atendido llegué a las 13h. Con 4 banqueros trabajando para atender. No cambia este banco en dar un buen servicio al cliente. No importa si vas cuando es quincena o no el servicio para atender es lento.
I went to pick up a credit card and I had to wait 40min to be taken care of, I arrived at 1pm. With 4 bankers working to serve. This bank does not change in giving good customer service. It doesn't matter if you go when it is a fortnight or not, the service to attend is slow.

En qué pierden tanto el tiempo si en promedio es lo que la mayoría tarda en hacer pagos o depósitos? Además sólo ingresan de 6 a 10 personas y hay 4 ventanillas en operación.
