En este lugar el día de ayer 20/03/2021 me robaron mi tarjeta 3 sujetos de aproximadamente 20-25 años y lograron quitarme una fuerte cantidad de dinero que huyeron en un Jetta blanco y con un cristal estrellado. NO VAYAN A ESTE CAJERO Y TENGAN CUIDADO SI DEBEN DE ACUDIR Todo ocurrió de dia.

Quiero comentar que ya son 2 veces que me toca el mismo cajero para realizar mis depósitos donde siempre me faltan 500 pesos es un ratero, la primera vez acepté reponernos aún asegurandole que no era posible ya que en repetidas ocaciones lo conté y el día de hoy me pasa lo mismo y solicite un arqueo y revisión de cámaras y la gerente me comenta que no es posible revisarlas ya que debe ser por medio de un jurídico y mi pregunta es si fuera al revés como le harían para ver las camaras se que tienen el control solo que no quieren aceptar que el cajero es un ratero.

Pésimo sistema el que manejan. Yo entiendo que le den prioridad a los que son sus clientes pero a los que no lo somos parece que ni nos quisieran atender... solo por que ni modo que nos diga que NO nos atienden ... por que tardan demasiado en pasar los turnos ... horrible. Igual solo por que necesitaba hacer un tramite y solo en banamex se podía. Ahora ya se que si tengo la oportunidad de elegir el banco éste no será opción.
Terrible system that they handle.
