★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero comentar que ya son 2 veces que me toca el mismo cajero para realizar mis depósitos donde siempre me faltan 500 pesos es un ratero, la primera vez acepté reponernos aún asegurandole que no era posible ya que en repetidas ocaciones lo conté y el día de hoy me pasa lo mismo y solicite un arqueo y revisión de cámaras y la gerente me comenta que no es posible revisarlas ya que debe ser por medio de un jurídico y mi pregunta es si fuera al revés como le harían para ver las camaras se que tienen el control solo que no quieren aceptar que el cajero es un ratero.

Yo entiendo que le den prioridad a los que son sus clientes pero a los que no lo somos parece que ni nos quisieran atender... solo por que ni modo que nos diga que NO nos atienden ... por que tardan demasiado en pasar los turnos ... horrible. Igual solo por que necesitaba hacer un tramite y solo en banamex se podía.
Ahora ya se que si tengo la oportunidad de elegir el banco éste no será opción.
Terrible system that they handle. I understand that they give priority to those who are their customers, but it seems to those of us who are not that they don't even want to attend to us... just because there is no way they can tell us that they DO NOT attend to us... because they take too long to pass the shifts...horrible. The same only because I needed to do a paperwork and only in banamex it was possible.
Now I know that if I have the opportunity to choose the bank, this will not be an option.
