Hace una semana los felicité por su excelente servicio y ahora estoy decepcionada.
Les INVITO a que contraten más personal en atención a clientes porque un cliente no puede estar nada satisfecho perdiendo dos horas de su tiempo por solamente recoger una tarjeta.

It can not be possible that I have 2 hours sitting in this bank and there is only one person serving in service to clients.
A week ago I congratulated you for your excellent service and now I am disappointed.
I INVITE you to hire more staff in customer service because a client can not be at all satisfied losing two hours of their time for just picking up a card.
