★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención se negaron a realizar una solicitud de la tarjeta de crédito base a fuerzas me querían dar la oro. Es decir no les interesa solucionar problemas solo vender sin tomar en cuenta la necesidad del cliente. Me molesto mucho la ignorancia sobre el producto, pues, es el equivalente al producto básico que debe ofrecer todo banco por ley.
 Terrible attention, they refused to apply for the basic credit card because they wanted to give me the gold. That is, they are not interested in solving problems, just selling without taking into account the customer's need. Ignorance about the product bothers me a lot, since it is the equivalent of the basic product that every bank must offer by law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre semana el lugar es concurrido, se respeta el uso de cubrebocas y aplicación de gel, tienen asientos separados para pasar al área de cajas, el trato de la señorita al entrar y de la cajera fueron amables; la atención del turno fue en promedio de 10 minutos.
During the week the place is busy, the use of face masks and gel application are respected, they have separate seats to go to the cashier area, the treatment of the lady when entering and the cashier were friendly; shift attention was an average of 10 minutes.
