Todas son lentas, pero esta supera a todas las demás por mucho, para que te atiendan en servicio al cliente tienen que pasar horas y con el ejecutivo igual. El personal nada amable! El personal te apoya mucho y son amables, en ventanilla es rápido el movimiento , veo que la gente se ve molesta por la atención, pero viendo ciertas situaciones en la sucursal, parece que se molestan por que les digan las reglas del lugar. A una señora le pidieron amablemente que no usara su celular, esto pasó 3 veces y la señora hasta ponía el celular debajo de sus hojas y no la vieran. No comprendió que es una regla no usar el celular y menos en área de ventanillas... . Good attention. Very crowded. But making a point.
